What is the story with closure of Inn on the Green Hanwell?
Does anyone know what is happening with Hanwell's Inn on the Green? (used to be the Dolphin). It hasn't been open long and looked like a promising addition to real ale in the area but is currently closed due to what the notice on the door descibes as licensing issues. The pub has really suffered over the years - it was very good (and in the Good Beer Guide) when we moved here nearly 10 years ago but has gone downhill over the years; we were hopeful that the new management would reverse this.
