Many thanks to the people who have contacted me over the last week with info/images etc. Sorry if I have not been able to reply, or use your material - I have been swamped (good job my holiday was last week not this one).I've said before - and will again - this site is totally reliant on the community and I just facilitate whatever is available, so, many thanks for helping via twitter/email or the forum.This has all been a big shock (and I must say it - because we haven't heard it enough yet have we?) to 'leafy' Ealing (!)Now it's like an aftershock - people are still scared to go out and restaurants are empty - local traders need support - more than ever. It's important to bounce back asap and we want to help://www.ealingtoday.co.uk/default.asp?section=community&spage=common/eariotsad013.htmIndividually we can all do something. If we eat locally and shop locally this weekend, it will make a big difference to some rather shaken and depressed traders.I don't generally speak out on the forum but I live in Ealing and am also very affected by what has happened here.But, I am confident that there is enough positive will to turn things around... from the ashes etc.Thanks againAnnemarieeditor@ealingtoday.co.uk
