Piano Lessons For a 7 Year Old?

Hello there, after being a spectator for ages to this site this is my first post so be gentle with me...Have just inherited an upright piano from my parents house and feel it's a shame to do nothing with it so wondered if anyone knew of any inexpensive/ reasonably priced local person who could teach my lad how to tinkle the ivories. We + piano are in Northfields if that makes any difference.Thanks in advance for any replies.

Where you are probably makes no difference as most piano teachers work from home.I would recommend Tessie Newlyn at 227 Boston Manor Road. (Sadly, I can't find her phone number so a quick knock on the door to check if she has space for a newpupil) She has been a wonderful teacher for many years and is both pleasant and patient.
