Potterton boiler problems

Can anyone suggest a good boiler engineer to sort out an ongoing problem with our 7 year old boiler. It has not been working properly for a year or so and we've had 2 people look at it and a new board fitted but the problem hasn't been solved. Basically, the fan runs all the time even when the heating and water are off. This is annoying because the flue is under our bedroom window and it keeps the old boy awake ! Any Potterton specialists out there?

Phil at Ealing Heating and Plumbing next to St John's Church used to work for Potterton. Very very experienced for someone so young.
