I've used it quite a few times. They have passed info on to the Council. I find their maps easy to use to pinpoint where a problem is. Unlike the Council websites the reason for contacting them takes prominence. The Council websites are far too interested in finding out about me when I am trying to tell them something that they ought to know about - like a kerbstone that has been damaged - or something that has been dumped.I would always want them to investigate something that has been dumped though as I object to just paying for the Council to remove someone's fly-tipping just because they can't be bothered to deal with it correctly and legally.
